CFB Rooting Interest, Week 1

This is where I tell you who I will be rooting for each week.  I won't call you an idiot if you don't root for the same teams, my last name isn't Brando. (Unless he proposes before you read this.)

Spending time with his family.

Early Game: Miami University (Ohio) at Ohio State 11a.m. on BTN

Yeah, so Miami University (Ohio)* probably has no chance, but I would still love to see Urbie totally doink his first home game as Ohio State head coach.

*Thanks to @BourbonWarfare for correcting me on the name of his Alma Mater. I always appreciate folks helping me to not look like a giraffe with a head injury.

Other 11 a.m. games:

Ohio at Penn State - I am rooting for Ohio, because screw those guys.

Marshall at West Virginia - The best 11 a.m. game, go Mountaineers.

They made the Black Bear be the DD.

Afternoon Game: Southern Miss at Nebraska 2:30p.m. on ABC/ESPN2/ESPN3

I am a born and raised Mississippian, also Nebraska isn't all it's cracked up to be.  Golden Eagles Hooooo!

Suddenly a Clemson fan.

Appetizer Game: Auburn vs. Clemson in the ATL 6:00p.m. on ESPN/ESPN3

I will never root for Auburn.

Michigan is Canada.

Dinner Game: Michigan vs. Alabama at Cowboy Stadium in Dallas TX 7:00p.m. on ABC

Lets get this a Big 10 team could be in the championship and Denard Robinson for Heisman stuff over with all at once.  Root for Michigan if you want but it won't change the outcome.

Finding a way to make a miner look cool isn't easy,
I am impressed.

Night Cap Game: Oklahoma at UTEP 9:30p.m. on FSN

Don't sleep on UTEP this year, they are pretty good.  How fun would it be if one of the media's big favorites for the national championship fell off in well one?
